Outreach & Automation Specialist (AI-First, Remote)

Position Overview

We’re scaling rapidly and seeking an Outreach & Automation Specialist  who can build and own our outbound engine end-to-end. You will join an AI-driven biotech company working with top-20 global pharma companies and leading biotechs, primarily in Europe and the United States.
Our platform helps discovery and safety teams de-risk novel drug targets using AI + expert interpretation. Metisox builds next-generation Target Safety Assessment: AI + multi-omics + curated expert understanding, other software solutions and offers expert consulting services. We are a global, fully distributed team. If you love automation, AI, personalization, and measurable results — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Messaging & Content

  • Develop messaging frameworks for our ICPs
  • Write and optimize email + LinkedIn sequences
  • Run continuous A/B tests and personalization experiments 

Outreach Infrastructure

  • Purchase and configure outreach domains
  • Warm-up and maintain deliverability
  • Configure DMARC / DKIM / SPF
  • Monitor sender reputation and domain health 

Lead Sourcing & Enrichment

  • Build high-quality ICP-aligned lead lists
  • Use enrichment tools to enhance data quality
  • Maintain clean, structured, ready-to-use datasets 

Automation & AI

  • Build automated outreach pipelines
  • Configure email outreach tools
  • Configure LinkedIn automation tools
  • Use AI for personalization and analysis
  • Set up system integrations and workflows 

CRM (required)

  • Maintain clear, accurate, up-to-date CRM data
  • Enrich contacts and accounts
  • Maintain correct stages, notes, and activities
  • Ensure full sync between outreach activity and CRM 

Performance & Analytics

  • Track all funnel metrics:

    • accept rate
    • reply rate
    • positive reply rate
    • meetings booked
    • deliverability
  • Identify patterns and optimize performance 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in outbound / SDR / growth / automation
Understanding of email deliverability
Strong B2B copywriting
Analytical + funnel-driven thinking
CRM discipline — must
Excellent English (global team + European and US clients)
