Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team with a proven ability to sell our comprehensive product offerings, which include software solutions, data analytics platforms, and expert consulting services in IT and biomedical research. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and the unique challenges faced by our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our products and increase brand awareness. You will be creating content for individual solutions, product web-pages and communication by using AI powered tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and engage with our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote Metisox’s products and services.
- Manage outsourcing to free lancers, achieve favorable price/quality ratio
- Develop compelling content for diverse platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into customer needs, identify emerging trends, and evaluate competitor activities.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to create impactful promotional materials and support overarching marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, actively engaging with the online community to build relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Create product pages with AI, blogs etc
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must have – background in at least of the following: Life Science, bioinformatics, biomedicine, IT&software
- Experience in a marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
- A high degree of exactness is required in all tasks, from data entry and reporting to campaign execution and analysis.
- Optimizing marketing campaign workflows and pipelines by using a variety of AI tools.
- Proficiency in marketing software tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- High literacy in English
- Background in selling complex solutions that integrate software, data analytics, and consulting services specifically within the pharmaceutical or biomedical sectors will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with the intersection of IT and biomedical research, enabling effective communication of the benefits of our offerings to potential clients will be considered an advantage.
